Construction buying is our specialty, we can do all from substructure to superstructure, brick matching, all joinery, windows, doors, ironmongery, precast and natural stone products. We have suppliers that can deliver, some you already use and others you don’t.

From the bespoke to the ordinary and the day to day materials.

We will deal with the Special Price Agreements (SPA’s) that may be in place already with your merchants to ensure the right terms are in place for you. 

Experienced in Social Housing, Residential, Commercial, Health and Education construction projects, Design and Build and NBS. Ranging from £100k to £10m +

All of this and more, you can have a full time Buyer without the full cost of employing one.

Materials priced for tenders, including schedules such as doors, windows, lintels and ironmongery

Temporary contracts and cover work also taken on.
